We are a team of specialists Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists that work together with a team of Pilates Teachers, lead by a 2nd Generation Master Teacher and other mind body professionals to provide a multi disciplinary approach to your health and wellbeing solution.
Philip Harris has worked at the Olympic and Paralympic games, Commonwealth games, has toured with the Barbarians RFC as lead Physiotherapist and worked with British Judo teams at world and European Championships.
Philip who has a masters degree in physio, is very proud to be the joint owner & founder of Harris Mind & Body along with his wife Sarah who specialises in movement & Pilates AND the amazing team at HMB
