First you will have an initial assessment
This can last between 30 - 45 minutes
You will have chance to explain your concern
Your physio will assess the area of concern and ask some questions
Your Physio will then explain their findings and share their knowledge
Together you will agree a treatment plan to meet your goals

These can last between 20 - 30 minutes
You will receive ongoing treatment & discuss the development of your treatment plan
You will need to exercises at home as prescribed by your physio in-between appointments

How to prepare for your appointment:
Consider your clothing, so that your physio can easily see the area of concern
You may need to wear shorts - and ladies a strapy top top depending on your area of concern
If your physio is treating you for a back problem, you may need to undress to your underwear
If you have concerns, it is possible for a chaperone to also attend your  appointments
