Welcome to our Training School

We are predominantly a Pilates training school but under that banner and as we grow and develop our specialism of understanding the art of movement, we harness the knowledge from many qualifications and certifications.

We are also a registered Active IQ Training School, giving our courses additional weight within an ever-growing industry and recognition with insurance companies.
 
As a business we are a Physiotherapy and Pilates centre and all our courses have been developed by our two lead members of staff:

Sarah Harris - 2nd Generation Master Pilates Teacher and Official Disciple of Lolita San Miguel, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) & BA Ed Hons
Tutor, Assessor, IV

Philip Harris - Chartered Physiotherapist with a Masters Degree and worked with International Athletes and Team England (BSc Hons Physio / MSc MCSP / MMACP / ACPSEM)

All HMB Tutors, Assessors & Internal Verifiers  are highly experienced and qualified in their field.

We welcome fitness and medical professionals to our courses as well as students just beginning their journey in this industry.

All our courses start with the AIQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Matwork. Please note we do also accept prior learning, please contact us to find out more.

We now offer a blended approach to our training school courses, Covid-19 has forced us all to change but we like to view the positives and our approach now allows you study much of the content at home at your own pace. We still host specific face to face training days  - as that is really where we can really help you fine tune your skills.
